Refund & Return Policy

1. No Returns & No Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are not provided for customer mistakes such as incorrect selections, misspellings, choosing the wrong variant, or change of mind. Please review all product details carefully before completing your order.
All products at BubbleBerry are made and uniquely designed for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@bubbleberry.shop. In your message, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will send a replacement or, in exceptional situations, issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email support@bubbleberry.shop with the required details.
  2. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved. Additional photos may be required.
  3. We will evaluate your claim and provide next steps within 2 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders generally cannot be cancelled once placed because production begins shortly after your order is submitted. Please be sure all details are correct before completing checkout.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@bubbleberry.shop. Cancellations are only possible if production has not yet started.

If production has already begun, cancellations are no longer possible. If a late cancellation is approved in rare cases, a 30% processing and production fee will apply.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

BubbleBerry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen items after the carrier marks them as delivered. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please:

  • Check your mailbox, surrounding areas, and with neighbors
  • Contact the carrier for clarification

If the carrier confirms the package is lost before delivery, contact us and we will open an investigation. A replacement may be issued once the investigation is complete.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us right away at support@bubbleberry.shop. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as replacements for damaged or defective items only. We do not offer exchanges for incorrect selections or change of mind.

9. Special Circumstances

Certain items such as limited editions, pre-orders, or custom-made designs may have additional conditions stated on their product pages.
